Abstract
Nitric oxide (NO) is a small molecule have a multifaceted role in inflammation, influencing both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory processes. generated by the enzyme nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Excessive production of NO in inflammation leads to chronic phase. In contrast dexamethasone (DEXA) is a common anti-inflammatory steroid medication. In this study, the anti-inflammatory effects of dexamethasone treatment was investigated in male albino Balb/C mice.
